I came across this shop in a food column quite sometime ago but didn't manage to try it out until the shop was being featured in another food column recently. I was thinking, wow ... appeared twice in the local daily, it's definitely a great place to try out. It has proven that my instinct is so CORRECT! The Fish Head Noodles @ Yue Tau Mai is so good that one serving is not sufficient and trust me, this is the reason which brings me back to the same place the following day ... YES ... I went there on 2 days consecutively.
The Fresh Water Prawn Fish Head Bihun @ Sang Har Yue Tao Mai. Can you see the soup is so rich and orangy? Well, good food comes with a hefty price tag as well @ RM13.50 per bowl.
The fried fillet, no bones at all and it's not a fresh water fish, it should be either Red Snapper @ Hung Jou fish or Garoupa @ Sek Pan fish.

The big fresh water prawn. Fresh and juicy!

Can you see the prawn roe? OMG! Yummy!
Re-visited the shop again and ordered this standard Fish Head Bihun ... no orangy colour but still taste good ah! (dou hou hou mei ah!). RM6.20 per bowl.
How to get there?
