Due to my dissatisfaction with the roasted duck during my recent visit to the Four Seasons Bayswater Restaurant outlet in Capsquare, I then decided to hunt for another place that may offer a more satisfactory plate of roasted duck and upon hunting high and low, one of my ji mui, Yu2 @ Mei Lui Chu San recommended this place in Paramount Garden. As advised by her, I reached the place around 6.30pm but unfortunately it's already very crowded with customers, however luck is on my side when I notice some customers are leaving, so I quickly grab a seat while waiting for the staff to clear the table *how kiasu* .. sigh ...
The crowd in the restaurant and a long queue going on for the take-away roasted duck
Hero of the day!! I can't remember the name of this dish but I would call it "Pumpkin Treasure" as there are too many treasures in it. All the ingredients are braised to perfection with a yummylicious abalone gravy. Thumbs up for this dish. I heart it a lot, so does my mum.
Some of the treasure (Clockwise from top left) Scallops, Fish Maw, Sea Cucumber and Abalone.
The famous roasted duck. The meat is tender but unfortunately it's not very juicy while the skin is not crispy enough for my liking.

This is another hero of the day @ 3 Bui Chicken, it is quite similar to the "Fah Tiew Chicken" in Sri Kembangan. I am not sure the exact meaning of 3 bui but direct translation will be 3 cups which will then form the name of the dish as 3 Cups Chicken ... lol ... I know it's a bit weird but that's the best word I can think of ... perhaps 3 cups = 3 cups of wine? That will remain as a question mark for me ... :P
Stir fry vege with fermented beancurd @ fu yu.
