Thinking of having a BBQ Steamboat Buffet? Well, I believe Dataran Mentari in Bandar Sunway is not an alien place for many as in the recent years, there have been many steamboat shops mushrooming in that area. My recent visit to one of the most outstanding shop in that area has proven that my ji mui @ Yu2's recommendation is absolutely right where quality does not compromised with the price.
I reached the place around 7.00pm but as expected, the GF is almost fully occupied. However, my dearie HB managed to secure a table near the buffet counter (well, being a kiasu foodie, seated near the buffet counter literally means it's easier to access the food but this has proven to be WRONG!!!! as the buffet counter is overly crowded with customers who are much more kiasu than me!!!!! lol ... ). Having observed that "kiasu-ness" of the customers, I came out with some strategy in order to get my desired items ... I know it sounds stressful to you as it does to me but I have left with little choice as that's the reality of our society when comes to buffet dining *dash my head*.
The 4 storey premises with ample tables and seats. There's a lift servicing the premises for customer's convenience.

What else can be more attractive if not this palm sized crab claw??? I am really amazed with the size of it!!!

Crab claws in various sizes (L, XL, XXL), cooked crab claw (I wonder what is the yellow layer on top? Fat?), assorted balls and ice-cream (what can be more satisfactory with a cup of sweet and cooling ice-cream to complete a heart warming meal!)
Steamboat and BBQ items shown above are only a small portion of the available items. According to the owner, their buffet spread offers more than 100 types of steamboat items. Well, my verdict would be, it's worth every single cent if you are seafood lover especially crabs ... but having said that, what else can I ask for in return for a small price tag of RM23.80 per pax?

my last visit, those customers use hand to grab chicken wings when it was served!!!
